You will ideally already work a property based role not to dis-similar of that found in a Residential Sales/Lettings, Estate Agency or Recruitment environment.

Experience isn’t essential as our business is pretty niche; however a desire to succeed as well as a positive attitude is also an essential requirement.

This is a truly outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to learn all about the industry and train with a growing and established business.

The role will be office based and will involve supporting the existing team by carrying out a negotiator/ sales role in order to achieve targeted results.  Extensive use of the telephone and in-house bespoke CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems are a fundamental part of the role, so you must be fully IT literate.

You will deal with incoming enquiries via telephone and email, liaise with vendors, and arrange viewings, ultimately selling businesses. You will learn everything to do with this business including sales progression, and also be expected to generate new business by way of canvassing.

You will be methodical and able to think on your feet, be a team player and be willing to learn new skills

A confident personality is a must, as is a desire to succeed and achieve

Along with extensive training the right candidate can expect a good basic salary with uncapped realistic commission earnings which are easily achievable.
